Arranging an appointment at Sonora Quest

If you will be attending a Sonora Quest location please note that a lot of them do not accept walk ins and require an appointment. 

To obtain an appointment you can either call Sonora Quest on  (602)685-5078. 

Or you can arrange it online, however they will request that you create an account with them. Please know that your results will not be posted here. They will be posted in your Lab Testing API account with us.  

Here is a little guide to help you arrange an appointment at Sonora Quest. If you would like us to arrange it for you all you need to do is ask :) 

Visit the Sonora Quest appointment page 

Click to Schedule an Appointment

Select Routine Labs and click Next

Type in your zip code, click Search, locate the facility you would like to visit and click on select. 

Select the date and time you would like and click on Login

Sonora Quest will need you to sign up for an account to be able to arrange your appointment. Please note that you will not be able to pay or view results at Sonora Quest. You can only do that in your Lab Testing API account with us.  

Please click Sign-Up for an Account

Provide Sonora Quest with a username, email address, and password and click Next

Now please add your first name, last name, date of birth, gender, zip code and telephone number. Then please click Create My Account

Make sure you have chosen the correct date and time and proceed by clicking Next

Check the information is correct, don't worry if it is not you can click on Edit Date & Time. If all is correct please click Book Appointment.

You will then be taken to your confirmation page. This will show you information for your appointment as well as your appointment number.
