To view your lab order, please log into your account area here.

Your order will appear as shown below

Once you click on Lab Order, a PDF will open, which you can print and take to the lab. 

Please note that the ordering physician is from our network and will not be your health provider. However, if you consent to share your results with them, then both of you will get the results.
