Where can I find my lab order

To view your lab order please log into your account area here.

Your order will appear as shown below

Once you click on Lab Order, a PDF will open which you can then print to take to the lab. 

Please note that the ordering physician is from our network and will not be your health provider. However, if you consent to share your results with them then both of you will get the results. 

PS: Once the information will be processed the lab order would be generated once the Physician will review and authorize the order. The expected turnaround time for lab orders to come in is about 3-4 hrs.
