Can I get the results for each test on a separate report?

All tests ordered together will be included in a single report under one requisition and specimen number. For example, if you order a CMP, CBC, and urinalysis at the same time, all results will appear on the same report.

If you require separate reports for each test, you will need to place and pay for each test as an individual order. Please note that the laboratory cannot separate results for tests grouped under a single requisition number.
