Can I get the results for each test on a separate report?

All tests that are ordered together will result in the same report under one requisition and specimen number. For example, if a CMP, CBC, and urinalysis are ordered, all will result in the same report. If you would like separate reports, you will need to place an order and pay for each test separately. The lab is unable to separate results for tests ordered under one requisition number.
