Can results be emailed?
Due to HIPAA regulations, we are unable to email test results directly. While our email system is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of your email provider, which could potentially compromise the confidentiality of your health information.
When your results are ready, you can securely view them by logging into your account. If you encounter any issues accessing your account, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
In rare instances where results cannot be processed electronically through our system, we can provide them as an encrypted PDF via Virtru. To proceed with this option, we require your written consent to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and to safeguard your personal health information.
