What happens if results are received but did not report?

If your results are received incomplete or did not report (DNR), please contact us. 

We will contact the lab on your behalf to identify the issue with the specimen.

If the issue cannot be rectified, we will notify you and request confirmation that you are willing to go back to the lab for recollection. If you agree, a new lab order for the test(s) will be generated free of charge.
