How do I collect my saliva sample in the tubes provided in the test kit?

As you wake up in the morning, collect your saliva sample within the first 30 minutes and make sure that you collect the sample BEFORE any other daily routine activities like brushing your teeth, eating, drinking, exercising, or taking any medications and/or hormones.
