How do I collect my blood sample on a card provided in the test kit?

As you wake up in the morning, collect your blood sample within the first 30 minutes, by pricking your finger with a lancet provided in the test kit and place a few drops of blood on the collection card and let it dry for one hour. Once dried, send your sample back to AYUMETRIX for testing.
