How to Return Your Testing Kit to the Lab
To return your testing kit, please follow these steps:
- Mailing the Collected Samples:
- Collected samples should be mailed to the lab as soon as possible using the prepaid UPS return label provided with your kit. This option is available for shipments within the United States.
- Alternative Shipping Methods:
- You may choose to use another shipping service at your own expense. Please note that Lab Testing API does not cover shipping costs for samples mailed from outside the United States
- Packaging the Samples:
- Ensure the samples are securely packaged according to the instructions included in your test kit to maintain their quality during transit.
