Does the order expire?

Yes, the order expires six (6) months from the date it was generated. If you do not use your lab order within this time period, it will expire, resulting in a $20 reactivation fee if you wish to reinstate your order.

Further, if the cost of the test changes by Quest, you will be required to pay the difference.
