Does the order expire?

Yes, lab orders expire six (6) months from the date they are generated. If you do not use your lab order within this period, it will expire, and a $20 reactivation fee will be required to reinstate your order.

Additionally, if the cost of the test changes during this time, you will be responsible for paying the difference before the order can be reactivated.
