Do I need to print my lab order?

We do recommend that you print your lab order just in case however Quest should be able to check your lab order on your mobile phone. If you are at Quest and they can't find you in the system please contact us and we will assist you. 

We do offer a free service whereby you can arrange for us to fax your lab order, but please provide us with 24 hour notice so we can ensure timely delivery.
