Do I need to print my lab order?

We recommend that you print a copy of your lab order as a precaution. However, most patient service centers should be able to access your lab order on your mobile device.

If you encounter any issues at the patient service center, such as staff being unable to locate your information in their system, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Additionally, we offer a complimentary service to fax your lab order directly to the patient service center. To take advantage of this service, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to ensure timely and accurate delivery. We are committed to making the process as seamless as possible for you.
